Engaging Stakeholders using Digital Experience principals in Agile Projects.
We will review a typical code kata, exploring how DX principals can be used to engage customers more directly in the development process right from the beginning. Rather than depending upon trust and reputation alone these techniques will allow them to experience development in real time and insure that their expectations are being met.
At the end we will show an asynchronous application in action that leverages these principals, allowing everyone there to engage with the application and review it in real time.
